Orders ship from Woburn, Massachusetts. UPS transit time depends on your distance from us and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Everything we sell is plant-based. Bulgur is cracked wheat and contains gluten. Our pastes, figs, and pistachio butter contain no wheat ingredients, but everything is made in facilities that also handle wheat and tree nuts — if you have a severe allergy, please write to us before ordering.

Refrigerate after opening. Unopened, a cool pantry shelf is fine — see each label for best-by dates.

Natural separation — real nut butters do this. Stir it back in.

In Turkey — bulgur and pastes near Antakya, pistachios in Gaziantep — by growers we work with directly, then imported in small batches.

Email a photo to [email protected] within a few days of delivery and we’ll make it right — replacement or refund, your call.

Write to [email protected] with your order number. If something arrived damaged or wrong, we’ll replace it or refund it.
